Returns, Refunds and Exchanges Policy

At Chloe & Bella, our number one concern is to make sure that every customer is a happy customer.  If you receive your polish and decide that you would rather try a different color, that's no problem!  We are happy to issue you a refund or an exchange.  Just follow the instructions below, and we will do everything that we can to make sure that you are happy with your purchase.

How To Return An Item

Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect (see the Defects or Broken Bottles section below.)  Your must return the item within 30 days of your purchase.

1. Please email to request a refund and we will assign you a tracking #.

2. Mail your returned item to:

3. Include in your package a signed letter stating the reason for your return and the original receipt.

Return Exceptions

Polish that has been used or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange.

Restocking Fee

All items are subject to a 10% restocking fee which will be deducted from your refund.  We also do not refund the original shipping and handling that you paid on the order.


You may exchange your polish for a different color.  You will not be subject to a restocking fee in this case, but you still will have to pay return shipping.

Broken Bottles or Defects

We take extra care to pack your purchases so that they are kept safely snuggled in their box while they are in route to you.  However, sometimes things happen and polish bottles can break during shipment.  Should you receive a broken bottle or a bottle with some other manufacturer defect, please click this link and fill out the form on the next page.  Once we receive your information, a new bottle of the same color will be shipped to you the next day.
